Cured to give a mellow and distinct flavour then cold smoked with natural oak woodchips. Once smoked it is hand sliced and packed back on its skin which continues to enhance the flavour. Ideal in platters or canapes. 

To enhance this already divine product, remove the salmon from the fridge, open the packaging and allow it to breathe for 20-30 minutes.
